Who we are

Fire Risk Assessment Bristol connects landlords, HMO owners and businesses across Bristol and Bath with a fire risk assessor. We don’t carry out the assessments ourselves. Every visit is made by an assessor from our partner network, a fire safety company covering Bristol, Bath and the wider South West.

We built it this way because the two jobs are different. Ours is making sure the right information reaches the right person quickly. Theirs is walking the property, and writing the record that has to hold up if it’s ever checked.

Accredited, and based locally.

Our partner assessors are properly accredited and work across Bristol, Bath and the wider South West. Once your enquiry’s been passed on, you’ll deal with them directly. They’ll confirm details, arrange the visit and provide the written report.

Where we cover

Bristol and Bath. We’re not trying to be everywhere, we’d rather do these two properly than spread thin.
