We collect the information you give us through the enquiry form, name, email, phone number, property address and any message, so we can arrange a fire risk assessment for you. We pass these details to an assessor from our partner network so they can contact you directly about your enquiry.

We don’t sell or share your information with anyone else. We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any assessment that follows, and no longer than necessary after that.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to ask us to delete it.
